Most zombie movies usually lumber along following the same old playbook — but We Bury The Dead” refreshingly changes things up. Moving with unexpected grace and purpose. Trading chaos for creeping dread, it turns the apocalypse into a sweeping, emotionally charged journey through loss, memory, and what it means to keep going. Resulting in a slow-burn that’s more moving than monstrous and proving that the genre might still have a pulse.
